As an intern when i worked for them due to compulsion of my degree, i was surprised to find the work being assigned to us with the degree of freedom in how to execute it far more interactive and intuitive than others in it's field of work . It's such work that drew me in and captivated me because there's genuine skills to be learnt working with them. Overall a fantastic experience and im thankful to the team and the organisation as a whole"
I started working as an intern from my CSOP assignment from my college. Rigel foundation showed me that we can make the situation around us better if only we contribute a little bit of our time to community service. When we first started we were assigned with a lot of responsibilities and i assure you that Rigel Foundation has surely held accountable to it. Rigel Foundation has taught me various things which includes leadership, decision-making and creative thinking skills. I am sure that joining Rigel Foundation has been truly an honor and i have a long way to go. I am sure Rigel Foundation is going help me to succeed in whatever limitations i face in my journey in Rigel Foundation.
As I joined Rigel during my internship tenure, I was delighted to be a part of their one of the most successful food donation drive, হাঁসি. It was a learning experience in dealing with a mob & handling crowd & peer pressure of man-management. Even though a donation event, seeks more of crowd attracting skills but, Rigel had engaged us in Sponsorship pitching activities which brings out more of our corporate & entrepreneurial skills within us. My time at Rigel Foundation with all the members & other interns was fruitful as this NGO doesn't work in a ever-set proforma of NGO working, as I say 'THEY ARE DIFFERENT'.
