Perks and Benefits:
"The positive work environment in rigel foundation is what i believe to be their biggest advantage as an organisation. As an intern when i worked for them due to compulsion of my degree, i was surprised to find the work being assigned to us with the degree of freedom in how to execute it is far more interactive and intuitive than others in it's field of work . It's such work that drew me in and captivated me because there's genuine skills to be learnt working with them. Overall a fantastic experience and im thankful to the team and the organisation as a whole"
“My experience working with Rigel Foundation has truly been a transformative one. As a volunteer, I had the opportunity to participate in their donation drive (UMEED), collection from wherein was utilised in sponsoring underprivileged children’s education for a specific period and sanitary pad distribution drive (MAA) - both of which allowed me to make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need. The donation drive was an eye-opening experience, as I witnessed firsthand the generosity of the contributors and the real impact that even the smallest contributions can have and it also made me resilient enough to bounce back after facing rejections . Working alongside the Rigel team, I was inspired by their unwavering dedication to making a difference. I am immensely grateful for the opportunity to contribute to Rigel Foundation's noble mission . Their commitment to creating a more equitable and compassionate world is truly commendable.
“I really had no intention of joining Rigel , I was sent here to complete my ngo work as an intern. However soon I felt amazed about the projects we were working and my project heads made us even more comfortable throughout it all overall I have enjoyed my time working for rigel and will continue to do so in the future. ”
My time at Rigel foundation was really good, especially when I helped plan and do the food donation drive called 'Hasi' . I worked with a great team to organize everything, find people who needed food, and ask others to donate or help out. Seeing the smiles on people's faces when they got the food made me happy. This experience taught me to care more about others and showed me how important it is to help out in our community. I will always be grateful to Rigel Foundation for providing us this opportunity and Each and every team member who contributed in this journey of spreading smiles.
As I joined Rigel during my internship tenure, I was delighted to be a part of their one of the most successful food donation drive, হাঁসি. It was a learning experience in dealing with a mob & handling crowd & peer pressure of man-management. Even though a donation event, seeks more of crowd attracting skills but, Rigel had engaged us in Sponsorship pitching activities which brings out more of our corporate & entrepreneurial skills within us. My time at Rigel Foundation with all the members & other interns was fruitful as this NGO doesn't work in a ever-set proforma of NGO working, as I say 'THEY ARE DIFFERENT'.
“I was drawn to this organization by a strong desire to help people and contribute to making society a better place. Since my involvement began, I have found my experience to be incredibly positive. The sense of community within the organization is palpable; the members have become like a family to me, and we work collaboratively on various projects. I am committed to continuing my work with the Rigel Foundation for many years to come, contributing as much as I can to our collective goals. ”
