These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
JHANKAAR 2024
1. Date : September 15th, 2024.
2. Venue : Nagerbazar, Ajitesh Mancha.
3. The Registration Desk will be open at precisely 1:30 PM.
4. Participants are requested to come sharp at 1:00 pm and get yourself done with the registration part.
5. Event lineup :
The event will have its ideal start with Western Solo followed by Eastern solo and then Below 12 category and then Group or duo.
6. All the participants are requested to maintain the decorum of the event.
7. Please be cooperative with the coordinators present in the hall and wings for easy flow of the event.
8. No food items will be allowed inside the hall.
9. No photography or videography is allowed in the green rooms for privacy purposes.
10. In case of any damages to the hall or green rooms there will be a fine of *5000*
11. One person’s entry is free with each participant. Apart from that audience fee is *Rs 50* per head .
12. Winner announcement and Prize distribution will be distributed only after all the performances are completed. The time of prize distribution may take up to 10 -10:30pm
13. If the participants want to leave the event before the prize distribution, they may leave but they have to collect their prize and certificates from our office.
14. *ON THE SPOT ENTRY (OTSE) RATES*
• Solo: Rs. 800/-
• Duo: Rs. 1000/-
• Group: Rs. 1500/-
15. On the day of the event, while the Registration verification process in the Registration Desk, participants are requested to memorise or tell their ORDER ID/ENTRY ID/SUBMISSION ID in the Registration DESK, without that no entries will be allowed.
16. All GREEN ROOM ACCESS will be received only after a valid entry through the Registration Desk, without showing your TICKETS, that you will receive from the Registration Desk, no one will be allowed inside the hall, the green room & other auditorium spaces.
17. Complimentary 1 entry is allowed for SOLO participants for EASTERN, WESTERN, UNDER-12 & DUO Category.
18. Complimentary 2 entries are allowed for the GROUP Category.
19. The access to the GREEN room is restricted & crowding in the Backstage, Flank & Green Room area is highly forbidden & anyone doing so could be debarred from participating in the event.
20. Participants can bring their friends, family & relatives but, the seating will be subject to availability & will be allotted on FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. The audience ticket is priced at: Rs. 50/- per person.
21. The audience, complimentary & participant will have to seat in the auditorium according to the seat plan & you will be assisted by our HALL COORDINATORS during the event.
22. The participants are strictly prohibited to change their seats according to their wish, because this might lead to miscommunication during the event slot line-up calling.*DON’T CHANGE YOUR SEATS AT YOUR OWN WILL.*
23. The participants, complimentary & audience will receive ENTRY TICKET, which must be shown on the MAIN GATE everytime for a valid entry. On misplacing or loosing the TICKET, no one will be allowed entry to the HALL & SIDE STAGE & GREEN ROOM. Make sure, you don’t loose your ENTRY TICKET.
24. Our PR team will give you calls or whatsapp regarding your slots & green room allotments, make sure you follow the timings & register yourself before hand.
